Defective Product All of our products are guaranteed to be free from defects for one year. To return a defective product call one of our friendly customer service reps at 800-848-7232 or send an email to Customer Comes First @ HP Toner Cartridge 4 U and request a "Return Authorization" number. All returned products must have an "RA" number on the return box. We will replace the defective product or issue you a refund in full for all defective product returned. Non-defective Product To return products that are not defective ( customer ordered incorrectly - customer changed his/her mind, etc. ) call one of our friendly customer service reps at 800-848-7232 or send an email to Customer Comes First @ HP Toner Cartridge 4 U and request a "Return Authorization" number. All returned products must have an "RA" number on the return box. We will issue a replacement or refund at the customers request for all unopened, unused products returned within 30 days of purchase. There will be a 15% restocking charge for all non-defective products. |
